Maria Gabriela Martinez is a highly experienced immigration lawyer with over 20 years of advocacy and legal practice. As the Founder and Principal Lawyer at PulseLaw, Gabriela is committed to providing personalized and strategic legal services to individuals and families navigating complex immigration matters. Her practice is driven by a deep dedication to human rights and social justice.

Gabriela holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.

Before establishing PulseLaw, Gabriela worked extensively in the human rights and immigration sectors, including roles at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and leading non-governmental organizations.
